About Us

I have lived and worked in Manchester Center, VT since 1974.Married the love of my life, here in Manchester VT.

Meg and I own and operate www.asafeplace.com since 1986. We raised two wonderful children, and now have two fantastic grandchildren.

We built Sanctuary in 2012 & Sanctuary II in 2015.

Summer time and the living is easy here in Southern Vermont where the palm trees are not! Sanctuary II is a 4 bedroom 4.5 bath accessible main level home. We are 2 miles from downtown Manchester Center, VT. Manchester offers world class fine dining right down to top rated street vendors. We have shopping, hiking, nature, walking trails, as well as Theater and Arts! We have availability for 3- 4 month this summer! Our homes are fully equipped right down to an ice cream scoop.
