Each floor, of this home, is a full private suite, with in suite bathrooms & sitting areas !
With multiple places to eat, from great street venders, to many family dining options, and fine romantic dining, Manchester, is the Center, for food, outlet shopping, golf, biking, skiing, hiking, site seeing, hunting, fishing, walking, running, bird watching, wild life, farms and more.

Bedding Arrangement

Bedrooms and sofa beds have all linens, blankets, comforters, pillows as well as 32″ TV’s and in suite full bathrooms.

Kitchen and Dining

Fully equipped kitchen. All kitchen appliances. Toaster oven. Mixer, Blender, Teapot. Basic spices. Plastic Wrap. tin foil, Dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils are all included. Stocked with a starter paper towel roll, dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, sponge. Standard coffee drip machine and a Keurig single cup maker. we supply pods, bring your own coffee for drip coffee maker.

Electronics & Entertainment

The house has Wi-Fi, cable TV and an AppleTV. All bedrooms are equipped with a 32″ TV. Roku in all bedrooms and family room.

Other Features

Outside propane gas grill with gas tank and back up gas tank. Outdoor fire pit, kindling, wood and lighter fluid supplied. Washer/dryer and iron. Air-doctor air purifiers that clean the air in the homes to help protect our tenants.

Energy Star Rated powered by 24 Solar Panels and whole house automatic generators installed in 2021, to ensure the lights, heat or A/C stay on during power outages.

We spent a month at Sanctuary and are booking the same time for fall 2022. It couldn’t have been a better experience. The house is very comfortable, the view is amazing and Andy could not be more gracious. The location was perfect with our favorite restaurants in easy reach and with Andy’s help we found a couple to add to our list. We can’t wait to come back!

My family has been renting from Andy for 7 or 8 years now. We’ve stayed in both houses in Winter and Summer. Once we arrive it truly feels like a home. Both houses are very clean and kept current. It’s easy to see how much pride Andy takes to always ensure a comfortable stay. Andy lives close by. He’s available when needed especially during snow and ice remediation. Otherwise, he just lets us be.

My friends and I spent a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. The fall foliage was gorgeous from the windows, deck and yard of this home. The bedrooms were all beautiful, the ktchen and sitting room stylish and luxurious. But the eating area was the best-surrounded by windows looking out over the view. You can't do better than this in Manchester.

While the photos are amazing, they cannot do the view and the home justice. This house is beautiful and very well kept. It is stocked with every item you could imagine and Andrew is very attentive to ensuring his guests have a truly enjoyable visit. Sitting on the deck or in the sunroom while enjoying coffee and the view couldn't be more relaxing. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope it will be available when we visit again.

Andrew's home was warm and welcoming. Beautifully appointed with everything a family needs. We spent the week before Christmas with our 2 college age children, even though it was 70 degrees on Christmas we couldn't ask for a more perfect Vermont holiday. This home is very clean, close to town, and has terrific views. We highly recommend.
